Dude (and I mean that in the multi-gender sense of the word) --
Even if you are lucky enough to have the sort of metabolism that allows you to eat ANYTHING -- you may want to think about um, I don't know, the NUTRITIONAL CONTENT of what you eat?
Food isn't just about "open mouth, insert yummy taste here, shut it and swallow."
There are these weird things out there called VEGETABLES. Oh yeah, and PROTEINS and NUTRIENTS.
If you think you can get all that your body NEEDS (not to be confused with what you WANT -- which, as anyone over the age of 12 can tell you -- is very often not the same thing) -- on your lovely diet of cookies, t.v. dinners and fast food -- then so much the better and enjoy yourself.
We'll send you a card when you're in hospital for triple bypass.

Wow, how very natural!
The best diet is no diet, well then South Beach is perfect.
It's not a diet. It's a life-long change in eating habits. |

Lemme guess... You're under the age of 20? Wait about 10 or 15 years (and it does flash before your eyes) you wouldn't have the same metabolism rate as you do now and you'll be shocked that you will have to diet some day! Mark my words!!
What works for, just count your blessings now and understand not everyone is is your shoes. |
