OK.. went and read the sticky on how to post your picture here. I'm going to give it a try. This is a pic of me and my younger son, taken just before we went to his high school graduation. As you can see, I'm turned sideways and hiding my body a little bit... anything to look a little slimmer. :-p

And here's a picture taken of me with my older son when he graduated from high school a couple years ago. Again, I'm doing the hiding behind him thing so I can't be fully seen. :-/

Thanks for the encouraging words, Vicki! I'm really doing my very best. I went and found the book in softcover for $5.99, so am reading it tonight. My girlfriend is interested in joining me on this diet, so I got her the book too.
I can't wait until the day when I don't mind having my picture taken. :)
