| i gotta take the babies to the dr today for their needles, i cant wait for him to see me lol... i havent been in months and months, the last time he seen me i was 204! now im 169 today... im excited lol (giggle) i know im an idiot at times but i need the compliments, they keep me goin if you know what i mean lol |

| well i was stuck and cheating alot.. so i went back to phase 1 started ob tuesday gone by... was back up to 171, and now im 166.5.... so i know i was holdin alot of something from cheating everyday for over a month... im feelin better now, and i cant wait to get to goal!! |

| Good job on moving back to P1 and getting yourself back on track. It took you a month... that's a LOT better than the 5 months it took for me to go back to P1! Great to hear that P1 worked for you! |
