Can I have sugar free koolaid on the diet? What else can you drink other than water and tea?

I would think you could have sugar free kool-aid. Diet colas are okay. Crystal Light. I like the Lipton SF Peach tea.

I buy those packets of unsweetened Kool-Aid that make the quart and I use a cup of Splenda (maybe a little less depending on the flavor I'm making) instead of the cup of regular sugar. I don't drink it everyday, but it's a nice change when I'm not in the mood for a glass of water. - Liz

I drink the Sugar Free Kool Aid every day. It's made with Aspartame(#4 ingredient) and tastes just like regular kool-aid. I usually drink about 8-12 ounces, though and still drink lots of water.

Hmmm - the only Sugar Free Koolaid I have found is unsweetened - you have to add your own sweetener. I find myself going through lots of Splena this way! I will have to hunt for the kind already sweetened with asparatame.
I also love Crystal Light and some of the flavored SF seltzer waters. |

It was on display at Wal-mart last week. I'm guessing it's relatively new.

Doesn't Crystal Light contain aspartame tho? Is that allowed?

Aspartame is allowed, but counts toward your 75 calories a day.

I love all flavors of the sugar-free kool-aid and drank 2-3 glasses a day and kept loosing. It helps satisfiy my sweet tooth at the end of a meal. I didn't know we could have during Wk 1. It helped me get through Wk 2, when I realized that it was okay.
