OKAY OKAY,, here i go again. it seems every day i say to myself this is the day i will eat right and do everything right. well this day is almost over and i just finished half a box of chocolate covered digestive cookies. tomorro however, will be the day!!! i will do this! i followed this diet for 5 days about two weeks ago and lost 6 punds in that short time and i felt wonderful. then a guy i know bought me a brownie and i couldnt say no. i am a serious chocoholic and its really hard to turn that sweet tooth off. however summer is coming and having recently split from my boyfriend of 3 years, and now knowing that i'll have to face him again in two months is more than enough motivation to look my absolute best!! i was just wondering if, upon starting this diet tomorro if i follow it to the best of my ability, can i lose 20+ pounds in two months? i have about that to lose before i'll be putting my body into a bathing suit. i have till july 22 to do this. is it possible? any experianced dieters can you help me out? and also for my little sweet tooth problem any suggestions to get over that?
thankyou very much for you time!! its greatly appreciated.

Hey there, ass for the weight loss. First off we need to know roughly what your weight is and your height. I mean, if you have a little amount to lose then its going to take alot longer but if you need to lose the weight then its going to be faster. It really depends on the person. I have alot of weight to lose Im done my first week and I lost almost 9lbs...but saying that....I could potentially not lose anything for my second week of phase two. I will wait and see. As for the sweet tooth..haha..Im in the same situation as yours. I have the worst sweet tooth..especially to chocolate. I would suggest you look through the recipe section of this forum. I found one that actually somewhat tastes like a reeses peanut butter cut. Its 2tbsp of natural peanut butter, a sugar free fudgical and you mush it up. Quite tasty. Not sure if you add anything else to it. Good luck with losing the weight. Dont be discouraged if you dont lose as much as you are wanting too. This isnt a temporary fix diet..its a way of life kinda thing. Oh..and Id advise posting in the general chat section..:)....unless you have a photo you wish to post :D
