| Hey, I'm new and I decided to register to this forum. I need some advice. I'm 14 turning 15 years old. 103lbs and I'm 5"4. I eat very little but everytime I eat my lower tummy bloats. Are there certain foods that make your stomach bloat? I tried only eating dinner but I don't think it's healthy. |

Given your size,I'm assuming that you haven't come here to try to lose weight, but to learn how to eat in a healthy way.
One meal a day and eating very little are obviously not smart at any age and you didn't say why you do this.
My advice would be to speak to your folks about your concern and follow their lead. If they want you to see the doc, you should. If there's nothing other than poor eating habits going on then ask them to research South Beach with you. Something as important as your health shouldn't be decided by people whom you don't know, but by the ones who know and love you the most. :) GRACE |
