This picture was taken right after I started SBD.
Now after 50lbs lost these pictures were taken this weekend.
I graduated this weekend from UW-Stout with my Masters in Training and Development.

Wow, what a difference. You look really great.
An extra thank you for posting b/c I started at 273 and am 208 and I can't really tell a difference but with your wts being about the same I must look different too.
Congrats on your masters too ( did you notice that lady behind you in your graduation picture? I had to laugh)
Can I be nosey and ask how tall you are? |

Janedf... I am 5'8. My goal weight is a little high for the "ideal weight" for my height, but I figure I'll get there first and then see if I want to lose more. |
