Started at 165, down to 144 (21 lbs) in 15 weeks. 9lbs to go. I survived Thanksgiving and Christmas during this time!
I’m stalling though. I think I need to work out more. I’ve also been cheating a bit extra on the weekends. I need to stop doing that. I’m losing motivation. I’m happy with the way I look and feel right now, but I’m still too uncomfortable with my body to wear shorts. I really want to be able to wear shorts!
Also, I’m getting married in exactly 2 months, so the wedding stress is overwhelming. I’m too exhausted and busy with appts to work out as much as I like and I’ve been forced to eat out (parents meet parents dinner and such). My body refused to lose a lb unless I do an intense work out at minimum 4 days a week, and I’ve been struggling to get that in.
*exhausted* (but happy!) |

I have been on for 3 weeks (2 of phase I) and I am down 13 pounds, would like to loose another 35 pounds of so... very pleased with the results!! Love the way I feel, no cravings for sugar or bagels (which I use to love and eat almost every day)
This is a GREAT way to eat!! |

| I started Jan 26 at 208 pounds. I lost 8 pounds my first two weeks. Then two pounds each week in phase 2 for a total of 12 pounds in 4 weeks. I have lost a couple of inches of both my waist and hips and feel great! |

I've been on for about six weeks. I started at 205 and am now down to 191. I went down to about 195 after 3 weeks on p1, and I've had some slips on p2 (dinner parties, ski trips with non-SBDers) and gained, but lost it all again. I think I've lost about another 10 on p2 in total, but many of those were weight I'd gained back.
I'd be below 190 but it's that time of the month and I'm bloated like a beached orca right now and got the menstrual munchies -- but I'm only munching on SBD approved things. |

I never weigh - can just tell when my clothes get snug which they were. I am in size 10 now...tried on pair of size 8 pants today and NO GO --- have been in P1 for 7 days. In short, don't know what I weighed before (maybe mid-130s); don't know what I weigh now.

Week 5
Start weight: 190 ( alltime high record except for childbirth)
Lost 12 lbs (10 first 2 weeks, 2 in last 3 weeks)
I never thought I would be happy to see the scale hit 178, but I am.
Need to lose 20 more minimum. |
