Any suggestions for new moms. I am starting phase one. I have a 3 month old and she is up ever 3 hours so I am up and eating almost around the clock. Any suggestions?? :oops:

wrong sub forum for this post. Try the Phase 1 forum. hopefully you have figured that out by now... no one looks in the technical issues and board improvement forum very much and they certainly don't look for these kinds of posts in this subforum. good luck!
