Yes! I love my eliptical! It's so great! I don't miss going to the gym because with my eliptical, Tae Bo and Pilates tapes - I have my own at-home gym! What's your favorite form of exercise? |

Well, when I'm not 30 pounds overweight, I love to run. It's kind of crazy, but I really love to run in the rain and snow. There's something inspiring about it all. I would like to train to run a half marathon next year, and I'm thinking about trying to run a full one before I turn 30.
But, right now, sigh, :roll: I've been biking a lot because it doesn't hurt my knees so much.
The truth is, I need to gett off my butt and run/walk until I can build up my mileage again, and I do have that extra inspiration coming up on Monday to do it, so... :wink:
Oh, and this is pretty funny (IMO). I REALLY want to take kickboxing because I'm pretty high-strung and I think it would be great fun and a good way to channel that energy. However, my husband is really anti-violent and he doesn't want me to take kickboxing because he's afraid it would be a bad influence on me!!! :lol: |
