When I posted my pics, that was actually one of the comments that surprised me. I hadn't really thought of it that way, that getting thinner and healthier would also make one appear younger. There is a concept out there though of a "fitness" age versus a chonological age. Depending on how fit or not fit we are, we can be considered either older or younger than our actual ages in terms of our actual health. I'm sure most successful beachers move to the younger side of their chronological age on this scale as well! Plus it's just nice to hear!! :D

You know... the older I get the more confused I am. When I was 17, they said I looked 24, and when I hit 24, they said I looked 19... when I turned 27, they said 34, but when I reached 34, they thought I was 29... when I hit 40, they said, oh no, 32... and now that I'm 47, they think I'm 35! And they wonder why I just look confused if someone asks me my age?!? It's not that I lie about my age, like some women do and as is expected of all of us... it's really just that I have no clue what my real age is anymore! I'm soooooooooo confused...

I have noticed that older people who are overweight dont show there age so much because the fat hides the wrinkles. I can only hope the fat in my face leaves and takes any wrinkles with it
