Rules of the SB Diet Forum
From the site administrators:
"The rules are simple, no flaming, trolling, profanity, racist remark, spamming and advertising...etc. If [the moderators] find any unsuitable posting [they] are allowed to edit, delete or move to appropriate forum."
Just thought this would be helpful. The moderators can and will "...edit, delete or move to appropriate forum" if it appears necessary. We also reserve the right to delete any avatars that are deemed too wide for reasonable viewing of posts for the community. Please do not link your ticker image into your profile avatar.
Missing Your Post?
Here's the deal if you are missing a post or it is not where u placed it, it is MOST likely because a moderator has put it in the correct forum. Look in the other forums before restarting the same thread. We will delete anything we see duplicates of. Remember these are all steps that need to be made to keep this forum clean and in order for all of you to read and use for help.
Questions?
Remember, not all of us moderators are always in the forum. But, you can send all of us a private message and someone will eventually do something.

Dear Newbies,
It is likely that your question isn't new. Before starting your own thread to ask a question, try a few things:
1) Read my food FAQ thread that is linked at the bottom of all of my posts, in my signature line. Common questions are answered there. I've also added it here since not everyone can see sig lines:

2) If it isn't answered there, click "search" at the top of the screen. You can fill in key word(s) about your question, and it will find many threads that will offer great help.
3) You can also try looking through my Daily Dish thread of information that comes right from the SBD paid site:

4) Also, browse through the first page on each forum, especially "South Beach Diet" and "Food and Recipes," as those are the busiest. If someone asked your question recently, it will be there on the first page.
*If you do start a new thread, or ask a question on another thread, it may be hard to find when you come back. If you go to the "forum index" page, where it lists all the forum names, look for "view your posts" near the top. Clicking on that takes you to a list of only the posts that you have made, and then you can click on the thread name to see the entire thread, including any answers to your question.

Low Carb... or Good Carb?
