What is the difference between the diet that Curves recommends and the SB diet? They seem similar to me.
Thanks,

I did the Curves diet for a long time, and it worked well. They are similar, but SB offers more good carb options. Basically, Curves has many "unlimited" veggies, which is great, but I think that the more well-balanced approach of SB makes more sense (for me) for the rest of my life.
Don't get me wrong, I liked Curves, but I LOVE SB!!! |

| I guess in order to do the Curves diet, you have to go to Curves, right? |

No.
All you need is the curves diet (I have it in a book and I could write it up for anyone who'd really want to try it.)
You do NOT have to have a curves membership; the diet has nothing to do with Curves. Curves is just somewhere to weight train.
I belonged to Curves for a while and would definitely recommend it because although the workout is beyond simple and actually hardly even difficult (depending on your weight and abilities) I lost inches like crazy.
When I Was on the curves diet, I lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks and kept it off.. you don't need to belong to anything; there is no fee. Just a diet to follow. It IS a lot like the SB diet, except like I said before, free. |
