I just wanted to mention that you'll get much better results to your questions if you just type it in one thread. This is now the 3rd one I've seen, all have different names, but all contain the same question. You're going to send everyone here to the 4 corners of the world for one question...
Why are you counting carbs? What do you like to eat for snacks? What phase are you in? |

Where you are in SB regardless i think things that give ytou the same motion as the snacks you love ar ethe best. what do I mean i love the chips and dip(drool*) and wipe!
So when i want a snack i know its the crunch and a bit of the salty that helps,so celery and PB, or cucumbers and lo-fat ranch or vinaigrette.
ALso popcorn is great later on!
If its sweets you like try these great lo-carb chocolate candies they have reeses and mounds(technically atkins based)
Warning--dont eat more than one i mean it of the ones with malcitol in it unless you realy enjoy the decor in your bathroom(sorry for the imagery) but very true !
