| I am SO glad you posted this picture before, and now again. I kept looking for it before you reposted it and couldnt find it. You are the one who inspired me to keep going with this, that someday I might look as wonderful and transformed and healthy as you! I'd give you the prize for most changed! LOL! redroxco: I know you didn't mean it that way and I didn't take it as being negative. Just surprised me that anyone remembered me posting it from a few months ago. It looks like according to your signature you are almost at your goal. Congrats to you, too. You should post some pics of your own. :) This Before and After forum is my favorite (I just discovered it about a week ago. I love looking at all the pics and all the progress. There was one lady (I wish I could remember who it was) who my husband and I swore they were two different people in the two pics. It's amazing how much all of us have lost. I wonder how much everyone here has lost combined. I remember a thread at one time where they were trying to get an estimate. I wonder what happened to it.
mommy2three: I think that is the sweetest thing that anyone ever has said to me. I almost cried when I read that. And trust me. It does work and if I can do it with my lack of willpower, anyone can. :wink:
Hannahbelle: The pic was taken at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA at their Howl-O-Scream event. Much fun.
sara: I think I lost about 12 pounds in phase I. I have a friend that just came off of Phase I and he lost about 8 lbs. So it differs for everyone. The rest came off a lot slower. About 2 lbs. a week. Then I had a stall for about three months and the rest is history. |
