I tried it. Not too bad the first day or two, but when it came to banana day, I could not hack it!
I often make the cabbage soup as a good filler-upper though. Make a large amount, but don't add herbs or spices. Thaw a small amount of soup as you want it and add herbs or spices as you see fit that day. You won't get bored with the same flavour all the time.
When it is cold out, try adding just a small amount of SB friendly noodles or dumplings for a good, filling lunch. |
