I found this recipe for Houston's buttermilk garlic dressing and tweaked it a little but I'm still not sure if it would be SB friendly... take a look and tell me what you think.

Ingredients:
2/3 C. low fat Sour Cream
1 C. Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. Crushed Garlic
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Freshly Ground Pepper
1 tsp. Mustard Powder
2 Tbsp. Splenda
1/2 C. milk
1/2 Tbsp vinegar

Preparation:
Blend all in blender until smooth, flavor is better when it sets for a couple hours and its great used for a dip.

Looks OK from here. Nothing really stands out as not being an OK food. The mayo should be low-fat as well with those quantities, and so should the milk. Might be higher in saturated fats with that much dairy. Any idea how many servings it makes? Mayo per serving is 1 T for the regular and 2 T for the LF I believe, so you'd probably want to use it with a light hand.

Also, I noticed the same thread and other responses in other forums. Cross-posting like that is confusing to both yourself and others and no one can see all the responses in the same place. If no one is responding, just respond to your one original post with some text like "bump" to indicate you want to bump it back up to the top of the list so it stays prominently displayed, or just add a note like "please help!" or "anyone have any ideas on this?". Sometimes it just takes some time for folks to respond.
