A great snack for easter is deviled eggs...what else are you gonna do with all those colored eggs and sometimes they come out all pretty and colored from the dye. Just use RF mayonaise and fix as usual. No one will suspect that you made these b/c you are on SB.
You'll be in Phase 2 by Easter and sweet potatoes are always a favorite and quite yummy.
Are you looking for a sit down dinner type of dish or a buffet/snacky type dish?

I know the traditional is a honey baked ham - not only bad for you, but I never really liked ham anyways.
I'm thinking about cooking a nice size turkey. It's a healty choice and just think of all those leftovers! Plus you can add some sweet potato to that, a nice salad; a fruit tray - so many choices. This is all considering your on phase II by that point - of course :D |

We can use regular mayo, I said RF, reduced fat, definitely don't use FF because they put sugar in there. I actually use regular mayo, I was just trying to make it a little more healthy. There is actually no difference between the SBD and non-sbd way of making deviled eggs.
