Diet buddy/ies around age of 22-26

Hi-
Looking for a buddy/ies to help me stay focused. I am 23 and 137 pounds. Looking to get back to 110 like I was in high school. I run such a busy life being a full time college student, completing 80hours of fieldwork for school, working to make ends meet, and having a wonderful boyfriend. Just hard to find time for myself, but I am making a commitment to myself and starting tomorrow. Anyone else know what I am going through...Looking to start exercising more and leading a much healthier lifestyle... :lol:

This is not a low carb diet...well the first two weeks are but after that you can reintroduce bread (whole wheat) back into your diet. You can get through two weeks and you should be good to go. :lol:
