I've been wondering why in Phase I we can have FF fudgsickles but we can't have FF/SF pudding until Phase II?
Does anyone out there know?

Actually, you are allowed to have "sugar free" fudgesicles, not "fat free". This may be where the confusion is coming from.

I meant both. I found FF/Splenda ones!

FF/SF pudding has corn starch in it, and that can cause problems for some people.

No Sugar Added (NSA) fudgsicles are fine, too. If they're made from milk, they'll include lactose.
