| I was wondering if fat free jello cups is an okay snack for phase 1. It's fat free and seems like a farely light snack, and also is really really satisfying if you're craving something bad like chocolate. However I'm sure it has sugar and stuff in it even tho it's fat free. It has nutrition facts on it and it has like no fat and i can't remember how many calories but it's under 50 I believe. It is fruit flavored tho. Is that a good snack idea or out of the question? I want to be really really stritct with my diet and workout this week for the last week of phase 1. Any input would be great. |

| JELLO makes fat free/sugar free cups which are only 10 calories! So yes this is a good choice for a snack. Just make sure you stay within the limits for sweet treats which is 75 calories a day. |

Sugar-free Jello is fine for Phase 1; you'll count the 10 calories in each 1/2 cup serving as part of your daily 75-calorie Sweet Treat allowance.
Sugar-free fat-free pudding (the chocolate stuff) will have to wait until Phase 2 due to the corn starch in the ingredients. Pudding will count as 35 calories of the Sweet Treat allowance and 1/2 cup dairy. Note that this pudding should be both sugar-free AND fat-free. |
