Uh Oh! I need your help!!!

I made some chili and I thought I was using all SB friendly foods however instead of making my own seasoning, I used a packet seasoning (actually my mom did because she was making it:). Anyway, I looked at the packet of and it had 4 carbs per serving, and in the actual ingredients didn't have any reference to sugar but it did have "enriched wheat flour". I know that it a no no! I've been on phase 1 for a week and I've had this chili a few time (actually a lot). Do you think the progress I've made on Phase 1 is ruined? Should I start over, or is the amount of wheat flour added probably not a significant amount? Like I said it didn't have any sugar in it.
Please any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

I don't think you've ruined your diet, just don't have any more of the chili. I would think you could still move on to phase 2 when you are supposed to.

I'm not an expert at all this stuff yet, but I would definatly stear clear of this mix in the future. Just take it as I ate it yes, but in the future I'm going to make sure this doesn't happen again. I also found a chili mix McCormick makes called TexMex. This has no added sugar's or flour, you may want to try and find this as an alternative. I haven't tried it yet, I am going to tonight, so I can let you know how it is.
