| i'm starting p1 tommorrow...again...for like the 3rd time...i miss the way i felt when i was doing sbd properly...and i want that healthy feeling back...i know the first few days are gonna be hard cuz it seriously is like a detox...i'm nervous! |

hey i wannabeskinny,
let's do this together. i've been on a very lax phase 2ish for the last few months. i'm starting phase one today. please keep me posted and i'll do the same.

i've decided to include 1/2 cup of oatmeal and fruit ..so basically a phase..2.1...hope all is going well guys! |
