The book mentions the best liquors to have if you're going to drink are vodka and gin, and to watch what you mix it with.
I heard on a radio ad that bacardi rum and diet coke is like 90 calories only with no carbs, but I'm finding that a bit hard to believe because I'm pretty sure rum is made from sugar.
I'm not a big fan of red wine either, but I plan on learning to like it for the sake of the diet. Plus red wine has easy hangovers, at least in my experience. |
