Where do I store them? Is the fridge okay? Are these to be eaten warmed up? Is it okay to leave the foil on them while I nuke them? Help!

When I made them I kept them in the fridge then nuked them in the microwave. I didn't use foil cups, I used paper, but I took them out of them anyway because I thought that they heated up better split in half. But, I wasn't taking them in the car where it might be easier to have them wrapped. I just don't know if it is the best idea to stick foil in your microwave, it tends to spark. Good Luck. I hope this helped.

I just stuck mine in the fridge. I read somewhere that hardboiled eggs will keep for 7 days so I just kept them for seven days and divided my the quiches by seven. I warmed mine up, but I heated them up in the toaster oven. I'd definitely take the wrappers off if you are going to put them in the microwave because you aren't supposed to put metal in the microwave.

Good luck.

I used paper liners so I could microwave them later - do not put foil into your microwave - it could spark and ignite or even damage the oven!

I ended up taking them out of the paper liners while warm and then placed them in a ziplock bag (in a single layer) to freeze. When I want them I just defrost/heat in the microwave.

Next time I won't bother with the cupcake tins. I'll use a quiche pan or a 8" baking pan and bake as directed then cut into serving size. That will take much less time than dividing the mixture over 12 small cups! It should take less time to clean up as well.

They do taste good and are easy to have on days when you don't have the time to cook from scratch.
