I saw a receipe on this website using 8 eggs, canadian bacon, 1/2 c lf cottage cheese, 1 1/2 c RF Sharp Cheese (what is RF) and 1 1/2 c diced vegs
Does anyone know if I can use this for phase 1

RF stands for reduced fat, like 2%. The ingredients look fine, though it is hard to tell because you just have generic veggies. Make sure they are Phase 1 veggies and it sounds fine. You may want to check out Kimboroni's FAQ link at the top of this forum. It has a whole lot of phase 1 breakfast ideas.
