Yesterday (last night) I started feeling bogged down (heavy) I have IBS, and have found ph 1 was good on my stomach. Yesterday I had such a stomach ache and gas  Its hard to not get depressed when I get those cramps, and then I find I'm at a higher risk to cheat  Anyway my menu yesterday started with 2 Canadian bacon
1 poached egg & V8 juice
mid AM rolled up deli chicken in lettuce leaf
& 2 pieces of a pear
lunch spaghetti squash with meatballs and low
card tomatoe sauce and salad
dinner chicken couscous with
cucumber salad
dessert jello with 3 strawberrys
(a handful of almonds and walnuts in there somewhere)
Maybe to many carbs????????
Anyone else suffer from IBS, or have a sensitivity to Wheat and fruit????????
Talking to someone else with this problem might help me (us)
I felt heavier this morning (bloated) anyone else feel that way???

P.S. (last night I took Senekot , a natural laxative, that did help, but I don't want to have to do that everyday. |

Each week you're supposed to add back in one grain or fruit, and you do have two - the pear and the strawberries, but it doesn't seem like that much (I'm not sure how much of one serving of fruit that adds up to, really).
I would rexamine your "low carb" tomato sauce - I recommend just going and finding a regular spaghetti sauce that has the lowest amount of sugar you can find, rather than something with a low carb label.
You probably want to look at an afternoon snack, as well.
You may just want to play around with the foods you had yesterday - there may just be a specific one that is giving you problems. It seems like a lot of people realize there are foods that bother them once they hit the Beach, since they're examing their food a lot more closely. |

| The chicken couscous, pear and the strawberries are too much for the 1st week. Try cutting it back to one item and if all goes well with that one item, then the next week, try something else. |

This is what I was thinking as well-- it could have something in it like maltodextrin, which can cause gas and bloating. Or it might have a high amount of greasy saturated fats, like if it's a sausage variety. When our stomachs get used to less of the grease, it can really throw us off and make us feel sick to eat something more greasy again. |

Now that I think about, I bet you it was the Meatball, which were lean not extra lean, maybe they were to greasy added with spaghetti sauce.
