I've been eating the PB Cup (SB recipe) every night for the past five nights. I didn't try it until I was in P2 (I've been missing out!). I can't believe how good it is!! If I eat it every night, is that overdoing it??? I do make sure that I don't have any peanut butter or nuts during the day so that I can have it at night.
Thanks for your input!

Hi Michelle !
Yup......I think we all agree that this is a sinfully rich tasting dessert....feels like cheating each time I eat it ! It is my favorite too !
I hope it is OK to have it everynight...............I know I did several days in a row!
Which fudge bar do you use???
I BELIEVE anything on our approved foods list is OK whenever we want it (following the per serving per day guide of course !!) |

Yes you can have it every night as long as that is your only nut allowance for the day. Or as Michelle Leigh stated you can use only 1 tbsp of peanut butter and that leaves you one more for another time during the day.

I'd also like to add that as long as you don't go over your "allowed" sweets calorie for the phase as well. I save all my "sweet" calories for the evening because I'm a PB Cup Addict!!!!

It's very simple.
1 (No Sugar Added) Fudgsicle
1-2T Natural Peanut Butter
1-2T Fat Free Cool Whip
Put you fudgsicle in a bowl and microwave for about 12 secs (just enough so the stick comes out easily). Then combine the remaining ingredients. Mix it as smooth as you like it. Then freeze it for about 1/2 hour or so.
BIG HUGS to whoever came up with this one!!!!!!!!

I am not a fan of Peanut Butter so I still make this desert but I do not include the peanut butter and it is like eating chocolate ice cream. YUM.

When I was eating (savoring) it last night, I was thinking that it would be a good dessert to make for company. Make it in a larger quantity, and put it on a crushed nut + margarine crust. It would taste just like pie.
