Help with Porridge!

Hello all,

I have been on Phase 2 for 3 weeks now, and all seems to be going well. Total weight loss of 14 lbs now, just another 14 to go! I live in the UK and it's difficult to get hold of the products that are frequently mentioned on this site, and I was wondering if someone could please check the ingredients in some porridge. They are as follow:

Rolled Oats; Oats Flour; Wheat Flour; Calcium Carbonate; Malt Extract; Niacin; Iron; Pantothenic Acid; Vitamin B6; Riboflavin; Thaimin; Folic Acid; Vitamin B12.

The carb count is as follows per 40g:

Carbs: 25.5g (I'm presuming this is too high?)
Of which sugars: 0.7

don't worry about the carbs. We don't count carbs :wink:

It looks OK to me.
