Well it is my TOM, and I am really craving bad foods, but I am trying to be really good, because I didn't lose any weight this last weigh in. We have these Klondike Slim-a-Bear No Sugar Added Ice Cream things at my house and I was wondering if they are okay to have? I have already had my peanut butter cup desert for the day. So would it be better for me to have yet another one of those or the Klondike bar or just suck it up and wait to eat tomorrow? Thank you in advance for your help!

Can you list the ingredients?

On P3 my DH has one of these almost every night. Calorie wise, however, they go way over the 75 calorie sweet treat limit. (He even had one occasionally on P2, but only occasionally.) I'm not much of an ice cream eater so I was never really interested (now, if they were all chocolate, that might have been a different matter )

Why not try making something that would be more of a snack than a treat? I usually keep hot cocoa custard (recipe link is in Recipelover's file) in the fridge for this kind of craving thing. (With just a tiny bit of reddi wip, it's wonderful.) And since it's just eggs and milk, it counts as a snack and not a treat.
