First I have no association with this company or its products; however, I have found the Diet & Exercise Assistant software very helpful to me. It is available for download at a nominal charge and there is also a demo version if you'd like to try it first. I use the desktop and Palm versions and keep them synced.
Believe it or not, it helps me ensure I'm getting *enough* calories every day since I don't really get terribly hungry anymore. :)
