I did the Zone about 2 1/2 years ago, for about a year. I did well on it but, like you, got a little confused with counting the blocks. I've been off it so long I'm afraid I can't help with the counting process.
SB is much easier, I'd suggest you either stick with SB or just get into the habit of proper portions of fat, protein and carbs at each meal/snack. |
