| Does anyone have any good left over turkey recipes. I'm fixing a turkey tomorrow and wil need help with the left overs. I appreciate it!! Thanks-- :D |

yeah turkey "tacos"
its a can tomato sauce..about..8ish ounces
an onion
2 cups turkey
salt/pepper
saute the chopped up onion until its softadd the tomato sauce and salt/pepper
simmer for like 5 minutes..add turkey..heat through
its usually served on corn tortillas but..lettuce works
serve with sourcream, cheese, guacamole |

Yes !! I have 2
1st...try the above taco receipe on Whole Wheat Carb Chopper tortillas (get them at Sams)...they are soft & chewy....wonderful!
Also try this:
RF triscuit (about 7)
thin cube turkey
lg slice mushroom
thin cube LF cheese (provolone...swiss...jarlsburg..etc)
Stack 'em....broil 'em for about 4 minutes.... top them with 1/2 of a cherry tomato................yummy ! (add a side dish of veggies too)
(I am willing to bet you CAN NOT eat all 7 of them.........they fill you up FAST...and it is so good to have the crunch of the triscuit !! ) |

| You could also make a cold turkey salad (like chicken salad) with plain yogurt, a little mayo, red peppers, celery, and walnuts. |
