As long as they meet the requirements for bread/crackers they are fine. Look for the whole grain flours and check the fiber content, not sure but I think it should be 3 or more grams fiber per serving (I hope someone will correct me if I am wrong). Read the labels carefully beacuse I know that some of the commercial bagel chips are high in bad fats.
You could always slice bagels very thin, spray with olive oil and sprinke your favorite seasoning then toast until crunchy. This works really well with the WW pita too, great for dipping. |
