| I had a great first week losing between 8- 10 lbs on the first phase, second week I lost nothing, so I decided to extend phase one a week more. At three weeks and a half my weight is the same as it was the first week. Any ideas? Maybe I'm eating too much?[/b] |

| 8-10 lbs is GREAT for phase one.. and now, you're going to hear this a lot... move on to phase two!!! your body can't live on the limited foods in phase one for so long, that's why you're not loosing anymore weight. Your body is saying, 'please give me some foods i can live on otherwise i'm going to hang onto everything i can get'. once you move to phase two you should see your weightloss pick up again. |

It's not unusual for folks to reach a certain level of loss in P1 and then not lose much or anything more in P1, even if they stay on it longer. The problem may be that you are not eating enough. P1 is to get rid of cravings, not necessarily for weight loss. P2 is designed as the weight loss phase. So yeah move to P2, start adding in more good carbs along the way and start learning what works for you. Good luck!
If you haven't run across it yet, you might want to check out this thread I put together earlier in the year on some recommended strategies from the official site.
