Since it contains both sugar and high fructose corn syrup and only 5 grams of fiber per serving, I'd have to say there are better choices out there. |

| Check out Kimboroni's P2 FAQ for the updated food list with the list of allowed cereals. They really haven't changed at all since they were first published. There just aren't that many good, high fiber, low sugar cereals out there and most of the newer "healthier" options being developed are just not as good as they claim or would seem to imply. | I love my Kashi Go Lean with soy milk - being early in P2, a little of it is like a grand treat. I'm afraid of what will happen when word of this gets back home (Wisconsin)! :) |
