| I posted this but no response so I am hoping you can help me with this. Last June I started SB but started on Phase II passing up Phase I. I went off SB for some time now and tried to get back on it last week on Phase II but I am having cravings bad cravings. Don't know if they are real ones or habit ones. But anyhow my question is should I start on Phase I or stay in II. My goal is to drop 10 pounds. |

Hi,
I'm not Redroxco but I will offer my opinion anyway: if you are having bad cravings, you should do P1 because that is one of the main features of P1 (getting rid of cravings). |

that's what I thought too but last June when I first started out I was told since I only wanted to lose 10 pounds I should skip phase 1 and go straight to Phase II. I think I will go to phase 1 and give that a try. It couldn't hurt right? :roll:
going to start phase 1 tomorrow wish me luck.

| dordie, just saw this, but you got a good answer anyway. Also maybe think about whether they are physical or emotional cravings. I've never gotten rid of my late night snack "cravings" really. I don't think they are physical kinds of cravings from the blood sugar/insulin response cycle as that really should be pretty well under control. Rather I think they are just from years and years of indulging the late night snack monster. Going to P1 will still likely only solve the physical cravings. But it's worth a shot! Maybe those are most of the ones you are experiencing anyway. Just be aware there may be other forces at work as well! Good luck! |

I know the feeling of those "late night cravings" They drive me crazy!!! Plus at night it seems they re-run Cherios stuff on TV (my fav cereal) Drives me crazy! They even have had them on sale for a week at the store I go to everyday!!! Don't worry I haven't bought them...yet...nah I won't o.0
Oh no...they are on TV again! :roll: |

Thanks for your responses.
Today is my first day of Phase 1. I am probably going through a habit of eating. I knew it was going to be hard going through Valentines and someone brought in some sugarfree chocolate and I had some and I think that was a start of something. I am doing alright so far this morning. I had some mock french toast and 2 slices of turkey bacon. I don't like eggs so I am trying other options. :lol: |
