Saskatoon berries look like a fine choice, with comparable fiber and antioxidants to blueberries.
Craisins generally have added sugar, so those wouldn't be good at all. If they can dry cranberries without adding sugar, that might be okay, but I don't think they do that since cranberries are so tart. |
