This is also true. the WW core program and SB are very similar. Of course, you still get your 35 flex points on the core program, which means you're allowed those foods you crave in limited quantity.
For some people, that's a good thing, others (like me :oops: ) can't handle it responsibly. |

| The problem with WW Core (and SBD, too, to be perfectly honest) is that you don't learn portion control. You do with the points system. Personally, I think that if you count points (or calories using fitday.com or whatever) every once in a while so you have a general idea, it helps you figure it out without having to get obsessive about it. |

| If you eat only SB foods, but count the points for portion control, you will do just fine. Stick to good eating habits and keep the meat portions small in comparison to fresh veggies and low GI fruits, LF/SF dairy products, etc. |
