I am amazed at the sugar I've been eating and didn't even realize it. The candy and pastries were obvious but some of the other foods I couldn't believe. I love Yoplait Light yogurt but one of the first ingredients was high fructose corn syrup. I am on day 4 of P1 and hoping today the headaches will subside. I put some bean carbs in to calm the headaches. I hope it works. Can anybody out there reccomend a good yogurt for P2 without all the sugar in it. Thanks.

I buy the Blue Bunny Lite 85 yogurt (Sweetened with splenda) while on P1, because we cant have fruit I buy the plain Vanilla kind....I could just buy regular unflavoured yogurt, but then I just add splenda & vanilla anyway- so same thing...LOL

There are lots of just plain unsweetened yogurts out there you can buy in the bigger tub and then add your own flavourings, splenda, vanilla, nuts etc
