Hi, can you tell me if anything is wrong with this menu...
Breakfast-2 eggs, sprinkle of cheese
2 slices of turkey bacon

Lunch-2 turkey burger patties on top of a bed of lettuce with ranch dressing and a sprinkle of cheese.

Dinner-6-8 oz. of Ground Round on top of a bed of lettuce with broccoli and ranch dressing. A little bit more cheese...totaling 3-4 ounces of cheese a day, not just for one meal.
I drink a ton of water (100oz) and I walk on the treadmill for 45 minutes a day. I weighed 131 but then I binged one day and I skyrocketed up to 136..Now I weigh 134 and I am 5'5/ I walk on campus too because I am a sophomore in college. Any suggestions would help.

The general gist is good-- protein, veggies, and some fat. I'm not sure if your quantities are on target, though. Are you getting in at least 2 cups of veggies with both lunch and dinner? Also, your protein portions might be too large for your smaller weight.

Other tips: add some veggies to breakfast; make sure you're eating snacks; try to have beans and milk/yogurt every day for more good carbs. You can check the portion guidelines in my FAQ for a meal template that is quite useful.
