Yes, that's a good one-- we had that for dinner tonight! But we've been using shrimp instead lately, and it's quite yummy that way as well.


The Daily Dish does have some recipes, but it's mostly an inspirational/informational e-mail that comes from the official SB site. "Treating, not Cheating" is most likely on page 2.

hey looney dont feel bad. they say the road to hell is paved with with good intentions don't they.

last year I did Atkins for 8 months. lost 20 lbs in 3 months and kept it up until I started introducing carbs back into my diet. I think that is one of the big differences between the two. In my mind the word "diet" really doesn't have a place here. This is truly a change in lifestyles.
