| Help. I cannot use milk products (although I am allowed chicken, eggs, and feta cheese) or soy products. How can I ensure I am balancing my diet without using milk and cheese? |

| Welp. I'm not sure how to help you, except to ask why you can't use milk products? I know this is personal....but can you use Lactaid (milk or pills)? When you say "allowed", is this by a doctor? I ask that because I would think your doc could recommend ways to make sure you're getting enough dairy if you can't have any milk or cheese? In any case, are there any other kinds of cheese other than feta you can have? Have you tried laughing cow?? |

Yes, I was told by my doctor. No diary, except eggs. No Soy. Feta is goat's cheese and I can also have goat's milk. But, I'm not sure how that fits into this diet.
I just am unsure if I will get all the protein I should while using this diet. |
