Day three and messed up..

Hi,
I am on day three and felt energyless, so out of impulse I broke down and had a candy bar. Should I start over from day 1 tomorrow, or just not have anymore sugar for the rest of the day? I just don't know why I am feeling so drained..

Hey there! My two cents: dust yourself off and get back on the bandwagon today, if possible! :P Don't kick yourself any more about it. You may want to journal for yourself why you did this and what time of the day it was, etc., so you can maybe start learning more about yourself and getting prepared.

Thoughts on fatigue: Are you eating enough? Are you having veggies, legumes, proteins, dairy and water?? For me, sluggishness usually meant I needed to drink some water and grab a snack (I did phase 1 last year and am back on it again). I keep some cheese sticks at work and have those...or a handful of nuts....something. Don't worry about it, though! It's over and done with and now you'll learn from it. :P

Don't worry about it too much... I'm going to echo the previous poster.

You are going to have setbacks here and there... but immediately get back with the plan... don't use it as an excuse to eat more bad stuff.

I would still only do the 2 weeks total of P1... If you are still having cravings at the end of the 2 weeks, maybe extend it a couple more days.

A lot of people feel sluggish and lousy the first couple days. I got this great burst of energy on day 4 or 5 and things have been great since. I no longer get that lull around 3 that I used to get... my healthy snack at 2:30 helps me get ovr that!
