Well, so far so good! I haven't cheated one time, which is an awesome accomplishment for me :!:
Breakfast I had some turkey bacon and eggs. I had salad for lunch, with lot's of veggies and a lil cheese and FF turkey and ham too! For dinner I am making "meatloaf" with ground turkey and veggies we all love. I'm not even hungry. Where I would reach for a peppermint or other handy dandy candy, I haven't done that today!
I wonder how many eggs I will want though, I'm not a big egg eater LOL

Here are some other things I've done for breakfast when not in the mood for eggs:

leftover dinner
2 mozz. sticks and 2 pieces canadian bacon
ricotta creme

If you go to the recipe and food area and look for a Recipe Summary thread by recipelover that is "stickied" at the top, there should be section on breakfast foods as well that might give you some good alternatives too.

Hi,
did the same, starting day two, and I'm not really hungry either. Can we use reg mayo? I dont know....
have not started to exercise yet, will do so in a day or to. Do you notice any increase of enery? I do notice that for me anyway

You can use 1 tbsp of reg. mayo or 2 tbsp of reduced fat mayo. It is usually made with good oils, so isn't a no-no, but just needs to be managed in quantity like all the other good fats. We are to avoid the FF (fat free) mayo as they load it up with a bunch of junk and addtitives to replace the fat, which is OK for us in moderation to begin with!

thank's to you all for your responses! I'm still doing so good Day 3!!
No junk food, no sugar I have been such a good girl!
I've been having snacks, 2 times a day, even if it's a handful of nuts or some cheese cubes. and water! OMG am I drinking water, I wake up at night to go potty, and I've never done that before!! LOL
I'm totally into this whole diet/way of life, I read ALL the label's on the packages now!!
I found the fat free half and half has more carbs that the regular half and half, so I'm using regular for my coffee. I don't use too much, just enough :)
