I was on Weight Watchers a year ago and we were supposed to drink six 8 ounce glasses of water a day. We were allowed to count up to two non-caffinated drinks a day toward our water intake. Does anyone know if we can do that on SB. I know I am supposed to drink about 64 ounces of water a day but can I count one of my milks or V8's as a "water"?
Thanks,

| Depends who you talk to! Some will say it should all be water and some will say you can count any of your fluids towards that goal, some will say don't include any diuretics in that and others don't particularly monitor their water/fluid consumption at all. I'm not a real big fan of forced water consumption, so my view is just do the best you can! |

| A lot of it depends on the person's size and weight. I'm quite small and absolutely can not drink more than 64 oz. of fluid a day. So I count everything as part of my fluid but do make the bulk of it water. Everyone has a different opinion on it though. |
