I just finished day 7 on phase 1 and finally decided to try to the SB "peanut butter cup" dessert. It felt absolutely sinful but is SB friendly. Yum! I definitely recommend any of the newbies to try it if you need to indulge in something that you can actually have! :D
Directions
Microwave a sugar-free fudgsicle in a cup or bowl for 10-15 seconds then remove the stick. I added 1 TBS of Teddy's Old Fashioned Natural Peanut Butter (I think the recipe posted on the board called for 1-2 TBS, but 1 worked great). Stir together. You can eat it like that, or put it in the freezer for 30 min like I did. Then I topped it with LF cool whip.
Note: I just started eating the natural peanut butter now that I'm on beach. I think it was perfect for this treat b/c it's more "gritty" and reminded me of actual peanut butter cups. :) |

I just 'refound' this by going back in the boards a bit! I am glad to have found this as I have read about this treat but didn't know haw to make it! Thanks to this post, I do now--hope others will too! 8) |

Sugar-free fat-free pudding should not be reintroduced until Phase 2. The corn starch in it triggers cravings in some people, and that's what you're trying to eliminate in Phase 1. |
