Nope, read the label, the sugar-free has 10 calories per 1/2 cup serving.
You need to count the calories toward your 75 calories from treats. |

I think you were asking if jello needs to be counted toward your 75 empty calorie alotment. Jello is empty calories, which means there is no nutritional value, but it sure tastes goods :lol: , especially with some lite whipped topping (also empty calories). Make sure it is Sugar free/Fat free jello
