Hi, I'm new here and have enjoyed reading all postings.
I haven't actually read the book, but have been going into websites to retrieve the diet, one day i'll get the book.
anyway my husband and i have been on SBD for 2 weeks, he is now on phase 2, whilst i am staying on phase 1 for another week.
i find from previous diets that if i introduce to much food then i go back to my old ways of snacking on the wrong food, so phase 1 is good and restrictive and when the time is right i will add a little from phase 2.
today I felt like a big piece of CHOCOLATE cake, but resisted and had yogurt instead... I am Good
