I am new to this forum and have read through many of the questions and responses. I think this is great! In reading the contents of the reduced fat Triscuits, there is no trans fat, no saturated fats and low sugar. Are these allowed in Phase I with Laughing Cow cheese, hummus or natural PB?
I have been eating them and they are helping me tremendously but, the weight isn't dropping off quickly. Thanks. |

You may be having problems because triscuits are a phase 2 food. In phase 1 there are no fruits or grains. You may want to think about starting phase 1 again,....check out the faq's if you need help with the allowed phase 1 foods.
Good luck

bubb,
The crackers are a no for P1, the laughing cow cheese is fine. That being said I would not be so quick to start all over again. Just save the rest of the crackers until you finish P1.
Keep moving forward.........not backward.
Best of luck in your journey,

Bubb,
LC Cheese is great on all kinds of veges. I love to eat it with a cucumber or celery. Those are my favorites. You can use it with anything you want that is on the allowed list for P1. Just use your imagination. :) |
